Cette montre représente selon nous l'excellence dans une sélection vintage. Ce chronographe des années 50 signé Croton est dans un état de conservation exemplaire! Un boitier aux arrêtes bien prononcées et conservées dans leurs états d'origine. Pas de polissage. La cadran est celui d'origine en excellent état, les aiguilles également. La complication chronographe est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Le calibre mécanique 380 sur base de Valjoux 77 est parfaitement fonctionnel et révisé en Avril 2026. Nous allons vous parler de sa conception qui mérite le détour! En 1936 Schmitz Frères et Co ont breveté un boîtier de montre en 3 parties. Le verre est pressé entre 2 blocs de métal, le tout pressé et compressé par 4 vis situés sous les cornes. Le calibre 380 de cette Croton est logé dans le fond de boîte épais protégeant ainsi le calibre de façon efficace. Vous retrouverez ce boîtier sous plusieurs marques et ces designs sont parmis des plus recherchés.

La particularité du modèle que nous vous proposons: un modèle 100% d’origine. Un verre évasé typique du modèle (voir photos), des aiguilles patinées d’origines, poussoirs et couronne d’origine non siglée et surtout un cadran intact et non repeint!

A mechanical movement is wound daily using the crown of your watch. Wind your watch without forcing the stop in the case of a complete winding.

Automatic movements :

An automatic movement will find its energy through the movements of your wrist. So you only have to wear your watch to ensure its operation.

We strongly recommend that you set the time first and then wind your watch before wearing it on your wrist. Avoid setting the time between 9pm and 3am as much as possible, which is when the date changes.

Quartz movements:

You don't need to do anything to keep it running. If your watch stops, we recommend that you have the battery changed by a watchmaker who will recommend the battery best suited to your watch's mechanism.
