The case of this watch is made of G20 gold plated steel in good condition. The case has some very light surface scratches from use. Its dial is in good overall condition, with a fully functional date function at 3 o'clock.
This watch is equipped with the Automatic Microrotor 1-69 caliber. Please note : The microrotor caliber is a caliber that can emit a pronounced movement sound coming from the movement of the balance wheel. We do not know the date of the last revision of the latter, note that the watch is functional and keeps time correctly with a delay of -1 / -2min over 24 hours. We therefore recommend that you carry out a revision later despite the functional nature of the watch. The crown does not appear to be original. The glass is made of plexiglass and has some surface scratches (especially between 7 and 8 o'clock) which do not prevent the correct reading of the time. We specify that these scratches are only visible depending on exposure to light.
The case back is engraved Universal Genève, the movement is engraved, the case has a gold plating hallmark. Finally, note that the black leather strap is in very good condition, with a gold-colored steel buckle. Dimensions between lugs: 18mm

How to set your watch?

  • Hand-wound mechanical movements :

A mechanical movement is wound daily using the crown of your watch. Wind your watch without forcing the stop in the case of a complete winding.

  • Automatic movements :

An automatic movement will find its energy through the movements of your wrist. So you only have to wear your watch to ensure its operation.

We strongly recommend that you set the time first and then wind your watch before wearing it on your wrist. Avoid setting the time between 9pm and 3am as much as possible, which is when the date changes.

  • Quartz movements:

You don't need to do anything to keep it running. If your watch stops, we recommend that you have the battery changed by a watchmaker who will recommend the battery best suited to your watch's mechanism.
